Sky Leader, or how to sell Dubai before ever naming a price.

For a French-speaking real-estate investment agency in Dubai, we built a site that plays like a trailer: a cinematic skyline, a living guide to the city's districts, and a journey that turns a vague aspiration into a qualified appointment.

01 — Art direction

Make Dubai desirable before talking yield.

Nobody buys an apartment 8,000 km away off a spreadsheet. They buy because they can picture themselves there. The site had to create that desire first.

Make Dubai desirable before talking yield.
Full-screen from the first second: the S/L monogram dissolves into the Dubai Marina skyline and an infinity pool. “Your next investment will be in Dubai.”

Sky Leader sells real-estate investment to French speakers who, often, have never set foot in the Emirates. Our stance: open not on a grid of listings, but on an emotion. A black screen, a drawn “S/L” monogram, then the reveal — the Dubai Marina skyline at sunset and an infinity pool, full-frame.

Everything is tuned for the high end: a serif typeface that breathes, a night-and-gold palette, slow scroll animations. The nav fits in six words — The Agency, Why Dubai, Our projects, Services, Contact — and a single button that never changes: “Talk to an expert.”

Your next investment will be in Dubai.

That promise, made in the very first second, becomes the through-line: the whole site works to make it credible, then inevitable.

02 — Experience

Eleven districts, one investor's story.

An agency's real work isn't listing properties: it's turning an unfamiliar city into a readable map. The site had to do exactly that.

Eleven districts, one investor's story.
Eleven districts — Downtown, Marina, Palm, Business Bay, Creek Harbour… — mapped and explained: entry ticket, expected yield, investor profile.

At the heart of the experience is an interactive guide to the eleven districts where Sky Leader operates — Downtown, Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah, Business Bay, Dubai Creek Harbour, Meydan, Dubai Islands… Each unfolds full-screen with its photograph, its positioning and its key figures: entry ticket, yield range, buyer profile.

Around it, the site lays out the arguments that reassure an investor: 0% tax on rental income and capital gains, 7 to 12% rental yield, visa and residency support. The testimonials — “3 in 5 clients come back to us” — close the doubt. The information density is high, yet the pace stays calm.

We select with rigor, you invest with confidence.

The journey says exactly what the agency sells: not square meters, but an expert reading of a market the client doesn't know yet.

03 — Conversion

From the dream to a tailored file.

A beautiful site that books no meetings is just a postcard. All that emotion had to converge on one gesture: get in touch.

From the dream to a tailored file.
“Build your buying plan”: a tool that turns the dream into a file — budget, goal, horizon — and the visitor into a qualified lead.

The centerpiece of conversion is called “Build your buying plan”: a short journey where the visitor sets a budget, a goal and a horizon. At the end, they're no longer an anonymous browser but a qualified file — and, on the agency's side, the promise of “a file tailored to your criteria, not a generic reply.”

Everywhere, the same call to action returns, self-assured: “Talk to an expert,” paired with a WhatsApp channel and a guaranteed reply within 24 hours. The site is trilingual — French, English, Arabic — to address each investor in their language. The opening emotion becomes a sales conversation without ever breaking the mood.

No generic reply: a file tailored to your criteria.

That's the whole point of a site that sells investment: not to interrupt the dream to sell, but to make getting in touch the natural continuation of the dream.
