Outreach campaigns run end to end

We prospect for you. Warm leads, or we keep going free of charge.

Step 1 of 12

Your business

What do you do?

Write at least a few words about your business.

Paste your site, we read it. Otherwise, one sentence is enough. Nothing is sent and nothing is published.

10 to 38 warm leads guaranteed, or we keep going free of charge
En clair

You sell. We fill the queue.

01

We find your customers

You tell us who you want to reach. We build the list, company by company, and we verify every address before we use it.

02

We write to each one

Not one template sent a thousand times. Every message speaks about the company it goes to, using what we found on it.

03

We send every day

Every business day, without you thinking about it. We monitor that messages land in the inbox, not in spam.

04

You get the interested ones

We filter out the passes and the out-of-offices. You only see the ones who reply with interest, with a draft answer already written.

What you do
  • Tell us who you want to reach, once
  • Approve the tone of the messages, once
  • Reply to the ones who are interested
What you stop doing
  • Hunting for contacts and verifying addresses
  • Writing and following up one by one
  • Watching that your emails don't land in spam
Optional, and it's what sets us apartturn it on or off in your flow

A demo of your product, built for each prospect, before they reply.

Klarni, one month of campaign

Klarni sells to restaurant owners. You sell to someone else. The mechanism is the same.

Klarni sells QR code restaurant menus. We wrote and sent their outreach for one month. Here's what a restaurant owner saw.

Your prospects are not restaurants, and it changes nothing: we take what is already public about each of them, we write it into the message, and we hand you back the ones who answer. Under each scene, one line says what that looks like in your business.

The restaurant shown is made up. The numbers come straight from the campaign.

7:40 pm

His phone rings. The restaurant is full.

In your business : the decision maker you are targeting gets the message on his phone, in the middle of his working day. We set the day and the hour.

His phone is lying next to him, screen up. It buzzes once. It is not a table order: it is the message we wrote and sent for Klarni.

What he sees on his screen

7:41 pm

The message talks about his company, not about a company.

In your business : we pick up three things that are already public about your prospect, his name, what he sells, his price, and we write them into the message. A website, a directory listing, a product page, a job posting are enough. Nobody needs a restaurant menu.

The message is the same for everyone. Three things change each time: the restaurant name, one of its dishes, its price.

We pulled those three things from his public page, the one anyone can read, and wrote them into the message before he replied.

Hello,

we took your menu and turned it into a page guests open with a QR code.

Your quenelle de brochet at 24,00 € is already on it.

In your business : a hot lead is a person who asks for a price, a call back or a demonstration. We read the replies one by one and we only pass you those.

This reply is a reconstruction. We never publish a real message received from a company we contacted.

Klarni sells the QR code menu. We built the pages, wrote the messages, and monitored that they landed. In your business the list is the same: the pages, the messages, the monitoring.

Try it: open the email, then the page it opens.

In your business : the page carries your prospect's name and what you sell him. For a software vendor, a demonstration account already filled in. For a joiner, a sample quote in his name. We build one per recipient.

Press the button to open the page, the way the owner did.

From: The Klarni team
the Comptoir des Halles menu is already live in a demo

Hello,

A guest ready to leave, scanning the room for a server: that's a table held for nothing, and a Google review that never happens.

We built the preview for Comptoir des Halles with your menu exactly as it appears online today: 8 dishes, including your pike quenelle.

One glance is enough to see what it looks like in your dining room.

Click the button: you see exactly what the restaurant owner discovers.

2. What he discovers

The page opens when the restaurant owner clicks.

Fictional restaurant, menu invented for the demonstration. For a real prospect, this page is built from what he sells and his prices, before he has answered anything at all.

We contacted 6 593 companies in one month.

Each one received a page built from what they sell. Then we followed up four times in fourteen days: the same day, three days later, seven days later, fourteen days later.

In your business : if your market is a few hundred companies, we send fewer per day and we follow up for longer. The pace is set by the size of your market.

Most came from a follow-up, above all the one on day seven. None from the day-three follow-up. We set that schedule, and that's where the volume is won.

We read all 323 replies one by one, by hand, to filter out auto-replies and no's. Klarni only received the ones worth a call.

What Klarni got out of it: 139 conversations with a business owner, already sorted, without a single call made and without a single hire.

Zero meetings logged, and that's exactly what our guarantee says: it covers the warm lead, never what happens after. A vendor who guarantees you meetings guarantees work he doesn't do.

What this replaces in your business.

6 593 companies approached one by one, in one month, without a single call and without a single hire. Your sales people only talk to the ones who raised their hand.

Our client

Klarni, and what we did for them.

Klarni makes the QR code menu this owner saw that evening. We built the 8 352 demo pages, wrote the 24 742 messages, and watched them land.

What we commit to doing.

Here is what we guarantee. We send the planned volume every business day. We build a page for every recipient. We watch that the messages land in the inbox. And we guarantee a minimum number of hot leads.

We do not promise meetings. A meeting depends on your offer and on how you follow up. Neither one is ours.

On your side: you give us your offer and you call back the ones who raised their hand. Everything else sits with us.

the one number we guarantee
Notre garantie

Three numbers guaranteed the first month, or you don't pay

A warm lead is a prospect who replies with real interest: asks a question, asks for a price, leaves a number, suggests a time. A no doesn't count. An out-of-office, a read receipt, a bounce don't count either. We could have guaranteed you “replies” : you get hundreds of those, and it wouldn't have meant a thing.

OffreMails / jourCompanies contactedPages in their nameLeads chauds
Démarrage1 5009 0007 70010
Momentum2 50015 00012 90018
Échelle5 00030 00025 90038

Le décompte est celui de votre espace, arrêté au 30e first actual sending day: inbox warm-up doesn't eat into the timeline.

If any of the three guaranteed numbers falls short, we stay and we stop billing: the campaign keeps running at the same volume, on us, until the number is there.

You track everything, live

Your numbers live in your dashboard, plus a regular check-in from us. You hear things from us before you have to ask.

No commitment, nothing upfront

We work month to month, and billing stops at the end of the current month. No setup fees: sending inboxes, domains and their warm-up are included. One agency in two bills those at €990 to €1,500 before the first email.

We count messages sent, pages built and replies received, line by line. What we don't guarantee, and nobody can guarantee honestly: the meeting and the sale. Those depend on your offer and on how you follow up.

Frequently asked questions

Everything we ask of you before we start

We write your sequences (the opening message and the follow-ups) in your company's voice, and you approve them once at launch. After that, sending runs automatically, every day, at scale: you don't approve each of hundreds of messages. You step in only on replies from interested prospects.

Yes, fully. For every interested prospect, the AI drafts a reply. You tweak it if you want and approve it in one click. You always decide what goes out in your name.

We send from inboxes dedicated to your campaign, fully authenticated, and we maintain their reputation. That deliverability work is what puts your emails in the primary inbox.

We don't quote that number up front, and here's why. We commit to what we build: a send volume held every business day, one demo page per prospect, and deliverability we maintain. The number of meetings depends on your market, your offer and the way you follow up, three things we don't control. What you see in your dashboard are the real numbers: every message sent, every page built, every reply received, line by line.

Neither: we deliver conversations. We write to your prospects, we send, and we hand you every reply in your dashboard, qualified and ready to work. Booking the meeting and closing the sale stay your job, and your credit. We prefer this wording to “qualified meetings”, which would suggest we fill your calendar for you.

A few minutes of review. You approve the drafts and watch your calendar fill up.

Setup and inbox warm-up take a few days. The first replies come within the first weeks, then the flow steadies. One thing we measured on our own operation: when a prospect really replies, he replies fast, almost always the same day. That is why we draft the answer the moment we detect it.

Yes, when your audience is there, and we check before we sell it to you. The test is free: we look up forty of your prospects by hand and give you the exact count, how many names we found and how many profiles are active. If your customers are local businesses, the answer is usually no, and we say so. When the channel opens, it runs from your own account, with your written consent, at the pace the platform allows. We don't rent or fabricate profiles, and we don't scrape LinkedIn data.

Nothing. Setting up your authenticated inboxes, writing your first messages and calibrating your target audience are included in the subscription, domains and warm-up included, what half the agencies bill at $990 to $1,500 before the first send.

A warm lead is a prospect we contacted on your behalf who replies with interest: asks a question, asks for a price, leaves a number, suggests a time. These don't count: a no, a « not interested », an out-of-office, a read receipt, an unsubscribe, a bounce. We hold that line because it costs us: guaranteeing « replies » would be far easier, we get hundreds of them, and the number would mean nothing. The floor depends on your volume, you get it in plain terms on the call and in writing in your proposal, and the count is the one in your client dashboard, line by line. If it isn't reached by the thirtieth day of actual sending, we stay on and stop billing: the campaign runs at the same volume, on us, until the number is there. We don't give your money back, we give you the prospects, because a check leaves you exactly where you started, with no one to call. And there's nothing else to get back, since there's no setup fee: domains and sending inboxes are included in the subscription.

Because we measure one and not the other. On the campaign we run today, 6,593 companies reached in one month produced 323 replies, 139 of them written by a human, and zero meetings logged in the tool. The meeting depends on your offer, your price and the way you call back, three things that are not ours. A vendor who guarantees you meetings guarantees work he does not do.

We read each prospect's public website, pull out what describes them (for a restaurant: the menu, the prices, the photos) and build a page showing your product filled with THEIR data. They don't get a promise, they get their own work already live. This is what sets us apart and we recommend you keep it; it's optional because some campaigns don't need it, and billing it to someone who doesn't want it would be dishonest. It's priced per thousand companies reached, and can be added at any time.

The flow goes up to 5,000 a day and lets you request more. Either way we price case by case: your audience, not volume alone, decides what's feasible. The limit is never the software, it's the number of sending inboxes to open, authenticate and warm up, at roughly fifty messages per inbox per day. 2,500 a day takes about fifty inboxes, 5,000 about a hundred. That fleet is included in the subscription, setup and warm-up included: it's most of what a given volume actually costs, and it's also why we ask you for nothing before the first message goes out.

Yes. You pick the major economies one by one on the map, United States, Canada, Japan, China, India, Brazil, and all of Europe works the same way. Messages are written in the language of the country. Translation is on us: it's included in onboarding, reviewed by a native speaker, and you approve the copy before the first send. Our inboxes cover these countries, there's nothing to install or open on your end. One caveat we'd rather state up front: our existing record base was built for French-speaking restaurants. On any other market, sourcing starts from scratch and is billed, France included. What carries over is the machine, not the stock.

Your next customer is already waiting.

Build your plan in two minutes: you see your emails written, your territory, your volume and what the campaign produces. We set the price together, on a fifteen-minute call.
